This series aims to show what goes on during a Reformer Pilates class, how we use the equipment, and what the exercises aim to achieve, helping you learn a little bit more about how your body works.
In this episode, we show what goes on in our Cardio Sculpt class. Placing the jumpboard on the reformer, we're able to get your heart rate up as we go through intervals of jumping in different ways intermixed with core and upper body strengthening exercises. Unlike running, this workout also strengthens both your core and upper body, allowing you to get a more comprehensive exercise.
