
V-Bar Dips are a great exercise for intermediate to advanced level people wanting to increase chest, shoulder, arm and core strength.
Be careful, dipping variation require a high level of skill and mobility to perform correctly. Performing this movement before you're ready may put your shoulders at risk.

Fact: One of the best ways to reduce fat is to move your whole body. Closed chain, whole body movements are fantastic for increasing heart rate and burning fat but they are often done incorrectly.
When done properly, push ups should work your chest, triceps, shoulders and core muscles extremely well without compromising the shoulders or neck.
Unfortunately heaps of people position the hands incorrectly and allow the shoulders to flare outwards, reducing the amount of muscle tension on the triceps and also putting the shoulders in a very compromised and dangerous position.
Worse still, this usually leads to an excessive shrugging of the shoulders which can cause unnecessary tension and strain on your neck.
In most cases, corporate professionals already carry too much stress in the muscles in the neck and shoulders so this is not a productive way to exercise!
